The Tijuca National Park is one of the largest urban rainforest in the world. The Park is located inside the city of Rio de Janeiro, more over, the Tijuca Forest is a source of clean water and fresh air to a Megalopolis like Rio. There are 3 distinct areas of the park, and each area can and should be visited if possible.
The most famous and visited area of the Park. The main attraction is the Corcovado Mountain with the Christ Statue at the top. The best way to visit this area is the half-day Corcovado Tour.
This Section of the park includes the Pedra da Gavea and the Pedra Bonita Mountains, near the Hang Gliders take off ramp. Going on a Hang Gliding Tandem flight is a good option to visit this part of the Park. For more information , send us an email:

This is the most remote and preserved section of the Park, and where the highest Peaks are located. We offer private hiking trips at those peaks.
- Available everyday upon demand. Pick up usually at 8 AM.
- Duration: 5-6 hours. Bilingual Guide included.
- Tour includes entrance fees and Transportation.
- A 20 % deposit in advance is required. (Paypal)

- Camera, hiking shoes, water and snacks, sun block.
Groups of 3 people: R$ 295 reais per person
- Groups of 4 to 6 people: R$ 225 reais per person
- Groups of 7 or more people: R$ 195 reais per person
Prices will be different during the Olympics (August and September of 2016) and Carnival Season (february of 2017)

09:20 AM - Arrival at area 3 at Tijuca National Park
09:30 AM - 2 hours hike in the jungle
11:45 AM - drive By area 2 of Tijuca National Park
12:30 PM - Visit to Pepino beach (optional hang gliding)
01:00 PM - Return to Hotel. Estimated arrival time at 1:30 PM
